Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items securely in their original Moon Magic gift box and use a protective mailer to prevent any damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
